One of the greatest parts about WIC are the nutrition classes clients attend. Once learnedNutrition Classes, healthy eating and positive lifestyle habits result in improved health for generations to come.   This year, WIC's nutrition classes were based on the needs of of Tooele Residents using CDC data, client surveys, and identified risk factors. Some ofthe most common nutrition risks identified in our population are listed below:
