To sign up for Baby Your Baby Financial Assistance, you must first have a pregnancy test completed. Pregnancy tests are available from the Tooele County Health Department for a fee. Unfortunately, the Baby Your Baby Program may not reimburse you this fee. 

If you are pregnant and are eligible for the Baby Your Baby Program, you will need to set up an appointment with the Baby Your Baby Nurse.

When you come in for your appointment with the nurse, she will help you fill out the papers for the Baby Your Baby Program.
